Conceptual/Logical and Physical Data modelling using tools (IBM Rational Data Architect, Erwin Case, IBM System Architect)
Large scale Data Integration design (ETL, Virtualization, EII)
Experience in Banking domains
Understand compliance related requirements – FSA, Basel, FATCA
Experience in IBM collaboration server for Reference Data Management
Desirable experience required:

Risk, Finance, Treasury exposure and Customer
Teradata FS LDM knowledge
RSA Knowledge
IBM Infosphere Datastage
ASG Rochade knowledge
Trillium experience
Metadata management
Data Governance
Data Quality implementation
Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Framework (Zachman or Togaf)

Data Warehouse design -Normalization.

Desired skills :

Attention to detail and able to understand / contribute to the bigger picture.
Ability to de-compose large scale challenges into smaller manageable related components that can be more easily understood and tackled.
Creative lateral thinker who challenges status quo and current direction and suggests innovative alternatives
Excellent communication skills – both within peer group and client facing
Strong influencing skills - able to bring to together groups with differing views and gain consensus
Able to produce clear and concise project status report in their own area summarizing status and any blockers to progress
Ability to write clear communications to business and IT stakeholders
