Job Description: Providing remote infrastructure support to IBM internal end users and external commercial account end users across North America, EMEA & AP.
The job will require you to:
1. Provide Remote Infrastructure support Delivery
2. Conduct causal analysis
3. Resolve routine customer problems
4. Identify Opportunities and implement process improvements
5. Have adequate technical experience with problem determination and analysis skills
6. Be creative
7. Meet a set of defined account agent productivity measures.
